Vendor Biography

I grew up throwing Frisbee’s at the beach in Santa Monica/Venice, California. Mostly by myself over the waves and into the wind, watching them come gliding back to me. My first experience with Flight Physics and I didn’t know it. I am not counting all the flights I took off my Skateboard in the 70’s with NO safety gear, lol. As years went by we would place object Golf at the University of Colorado. You had to throw around a tree, over the couple making out in the field then hit the building around the bend….You get the idea, Make your own course as you see fit. About a decade later I bought an Innova Scorpion to throw around a local elementary school in Eugene, Oregon that has a course. That Scorpion was a driver then. Today it is a mid range and is easily a 1/2 inch wider than today’s discs. I call it the Manhole Cover! I started playing again much later when I was working in Yellowstone National Park. The employees had built a course back behind the Old Faithful area. Unless you had been shown it by the employees, you would never know there was a course back there. Hazards included Wildlife, Floating Islands, Thermal Activity…there is an actual course with baskets at the Lake location. Just be careful of my brethren, The Mighty Grizzly! It’s a great place for them to fish and get fat. The story just keeps going and going….more chapters all the time.
